Yin yoga

Yin yoga focuses on the connective tissue in the body, as this tends to be the stiff areas that require a little help. Yin focuses on tissues, tendons and ligaments as the practice slowly and gently stretches these tissues, improving overall flexibility and strength.

Hatha yoga

As one of the most relaxed forms of yoga, hatha is great for beginners. You’ll hold positions for a long period of time, meaning you’ll have plenty of opportunity to adjust yourself and get your body used to the poses.

Vinyasa Yoga

A Vinyasa Yoga practice usually involves intense movements and generates a cardiovascular work-out not always present in other forms of yoga asana practice. This is in contrast to classical Hatha Yoga principles in which we aim to keep the heart rate at a resting pace so that we stimulate more subtle processes in the physical body (the endocrine system, the lymphatic system, etc.).
