How much is delivery?

Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout, including next-day delivery. Posted orders are sent direct by NUYU — full delivery and returns information is supplied on the NUYU website. Collection from our Prescot studio is free.

Can I collect my order at the studio?

Yes. Choose collection in your basket and pick your order up from reception at 72 Eccleston Street, Prescot. Collection is free.

Can I return something?

Contact us at info@theyogaloft.co.uk if something isn't right and we will talk you through it, in line with your statutory rights.

We're a small studio shop rather than a warehouse, so if something isn't answered here just ring us or drop in — you'll get a person, not a ticket number.

Delivery

You buy from us, so if anything goes wrong just ring the studio and we will sort it.

Collection

Collect at reception, free. Choose collection in your basket and pick your order up from the studio on Eccleston Street. Most of the range is on the shelf anyway, so you're welcome to have a look at the pack first.

Returns

If something isn't right, email info@theyogaloft.co.uk and we'll sort it, in line with your statutory rights.

Supplements & safety

Always read the label before use and follow the stated daily dose. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak to your doctor first. Ask us in studio if you'd like to see a pack before buying.
